Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains the refund scope, request process, and payment return procedure for VarVPN subscription services. Before submitting a request, check your orders and payment records in the user panel. See the pricing page for plan billing details and the Terms of Service for account usage rules.

Refund Window and Scope

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment.A connection issue is not required, and you do not need to complete troubleshooting first. Whether to continue using the service is up to you.

The refund window starts when your first payment is successfully completed. It does not begin when you install a client, connect for the first time, or first use data. Submit your request through a support ticket within the window and keep a record of the submission. A request submitted within the window will remain valid while under review, even if verification extends beyond the window.

This policy does not mean that every renewal, upgrade, or additional data package starts a new refund window. For requests involving related orders, list each order in your ticket so support staff can check the payment records and clarify which orders are covered.

Eligibility and Disputed Transactions

If, after normal use, you find that the routes, client experience, or billing method do not meet your needs, you may request a refund within the window above. Having connected to a route or used some data is not, by itself, grounds to deny a refund under this policy.

Requests submitted after the refund window are not covered by this money-back guarantee. Orders that were not successfully paid, have been closed, or have already been refunded have no remaining funds to return. Duplicate charges or unusual payment statuses will be reviewed separately against the transaction records.

Accounts involving unusual data records, disputed usage, suspected payment fraud, or violations of the Terms of Service require verification of order ownership and related records. No data-usage percentage threshold is specified in the facts, and this policy does not set a separate usage limit. If an account is under dispute, explain the specific issue in your ticket; an account restriction alone does not determine the refund outcome.

How to Request a Refund

Sign in to the user panel and submit your request through the support ticket portal. Put “Refund” in the subject and list the orders covered by your request to help match payment and handling records. Accounts that do not require an email address can also follow up through the panel.

  • Provide your username, order number, and the orders you want refunded.
  • Include the payment method, payment date, and amount paid. If needed, attach proof of payment with unrelated information obscured.
  • If there was a duplicate charge, an upgrade, or a mismatch in order status, describe what happened.

Do not provide your account password, client subscription URL, or private information unrelated to the order. Support staff will review your request through the ticket and share the outcome. If more information is needed, reply in the original ticket to keep the full record in one place.

Refund Method and Status

After verification, transactions that support refunds to the original payment method will generally be returned to the original payer's account. A request being accepted, a refund being initiated, and the funds arriving are separate statuses. Check both the ticket response and your payment account records.

Arrival time depends on the payment channel and the receiving account's processing speed. This policy does not guarantee a fixed processing time. If you have received a refund initiation notice but the funds have not arrived, ask for an update in the original ticket and provide the relevant transaction details to avoid submitting a duplicate request.

If the original payment account has an issue or the channel cannot return funds to the original method, confirm an alternative arrangement in the ticket first. Do not redirect a refund to another person's account without verification. Once a refund is completed, the service entitlements associated with the relevant order will be adjusted accordingly.

Payment Methods and Further Steps

VarVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Alipay and WeChat Pay transactions are generally handled through the original payment channel; the payment platform's records determine the final arrival status. If the channel reports a failed return, keep the notice for review.

USDT transfers generally cannot be reversed directly like transactions handled by payment platforms. To request a return, verify the original transaction record, network, and receiving address in a support ticket, then confirm the available return method. Do not change payment details based only on messages from outside the site, and do not send additional funds to an unverified address.

If network fees or channel restrictions apply, they should be explained and confirmed before processing. Unknown fees will not be presented as fixed deductions. If you disagree with the refund amount, covered orders, or outcome, follow up in the original ticket and include the relevant records.
