Services and Scope
VarVPN provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions, supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available regions, routes, and client access details are shown in the user panel. Routes may change due to maintenance, network conditions, or requirements of destination services.
This service provides network connectivity, not third-party platform accounts, content licenses, or paid entitlements. Access to a destination website also depends on its regional policies, account eligibility, and operating status. Users are responsible for checking the terms of any service they access.
Accounts and Use
No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Users must keep their login credentials and subscription information secure. Do not publish subscription links or give others access to your account. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.
The service has no device limit for devices managed by the account holder. This does not authorize resale or account sharing. Accounts may not be rented, loaned, or transferred. Do not distribute subscriptions to others, aggregate them into a public connection gateway, or use them for unauthorized commercial resale.
Subscriptions and Billing
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining number of days. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire. See the packages page for prices, data allowances, and billing details. Check your selection at checkout to avoid confusing a monthly subscription with a data package.
Users can review orders and subscription status in the panel. If your status has not updated after payment, first check the payment result, then submit your order details for review. Avoid making the same payment repeatedly. Do not include your account password or full subscription link in support tickets.
You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 30 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for how to apply and the applicable rules.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, as well as the terms of service of platforms they access. The service may not be used for fraud, violations of others’ privacy or intellectual property rights, distribution of illegal content, unauthorized system access, or other unlawful activity.
Do not launch network attacks, send spam, distribute malicious software, or disrupt normal network operations through automated abuse or other means. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts. If a device is compromised or controlled by someone else, stop the relevant connections and take steps to secure it.
Availability and Liability
Connection quality depends on the local network, carrier routing, international links, and the status of destination platforms. VarVPN does not guarantee that any region, route, or third-party website will always be available, and interface examples or reference statuses are not guarantees of an individual connection result.
Maintenance, troubleshooting, and network events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. If you encounter a problem, try another route, check your client configuration, and report the circumstances through a support ticket. VarVPN will address issues based on their nature. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where required by law or affects users’ statutory rights.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks, or other serious violations of these terms, VarVPN may restrict connections, suspend subscriptions, or terminate accounts. Where there is an urgent security risk, restrictions may be applied before the circumstances are reviewed. If you disagree, you may request a review through a user panel support ticket.
Updates to these terms will be announced through the updated date on this page, an on-site notice, or a message in the user panel. Changes affecting important user rights will explain their scope and will not retroactively reduce rights attached to orders already in effect under applicable law.
